My one-on-one coaching package is for women who are seeking to lose weight and learn how to maintain a healthy, stable weight. I will work with you to develop a customized nutrition plan, tailored to the foods that you enjoy and the lifestyle you want to live. I don't believe in diets, cleanses, or restrictive eating. I believe in sustainable eating habits that will stick with you for life.
I spent all of high school feeling self-conscious and unhappy with my own body. Determined to change, I then spent half of college battling an eating disorder and difficult recovery. Since then, I have figured out a healthy diet and exercise regimen that is sustainable for life and has given me a body that I never knew I could have. I have successfully maintained this healthy, low weight for years, and have helped my clients do the same. I will help you find a plan that you can use long after we work together.
